Vendor Applications for 2023

The following information will be used to provide you with tax receipts from the London Health Sciences Foundation/Fanshawe College. Donations made are to secure your vendor booth and are non-refundable.

I understand the vendor will be provided with one (1) 6ft folding table, access to wifi, two chairs, a tent (if outside), and elctric. Table cloths and anything at my table is required to be setup is the vendor's responsibility.

I understand the vendor is responsible for seting up, providing service, monitoring their booth for the entire duratin of the event, and taking down their booth after the event ended.

I understand that accepted vendors will receive setup instructions and timing to the email provided above one (1) week prior to the market. Failing to stick to the setup timeline will result in forfeiture of the vendor's place in the charity fundraiser and donation.

I understand that once I have been accepted as a vendor and I submitted my donation payment, so long as the charity fundraiser is running donation is non-refundable or able to be rolled forward as a credit. In the event the charity fundraiser cannot occur, a credit for a future date will be offered. If the vendor is ill or unable to attend the market, the vendor will need to find someone to run their booth or the vendor will forfeit their spot and donation.

I understand that Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Organizers have the right to reschedule a market due to any unavoidable occurrence such as but not limited to weather delay, venue lockout (e.g. covid lockdown) or any other uncontrollable circumstance and that my payment will be rolled forward to another market even if the backup date is postponed.

Food Sale Vendors Only - both sealed and open consumables being sold - I have a certified kitchen inspection and food handling certicate is update and uploaded to be shared with the London City Health Inspeactor. Do it for Her is required to share Food Vendor's information to follow Food and Safety guidelines. Failing to provide these documents may result in a fine from the Public Health. Therefore failure to include these will make the vendor's application incomplete and unable to be accepted.

Is there anything else the Organizers should know?

I understand that Vendors will allow Organizers to use any images/logos of the charity fundraiser for advertisements for future events. Vendors can freely advertise the market in a positive manner so long as the details are accurate.

I understand a link to the donation page will be sent once the vendor application is accepted. Vendors will have 48hours to donate once their application is accepted to secure their booth in the next Do it for Her charity fundraiser. The amount donated is up to the Vendor to select. The amount donated is left to the discretion of each individual because the Organizers wish to make this event accessible (we understand that every proprietor is at a different place in their business lifecycle). Vendor donations are non-refundable and if Do it for Her cannot run (due to reasons outside of the Organizers control) a credit for a future date will be offered.
